How does it work?

RRM CapMat is accessed through an on-line portal, and is easy to set up:

We work with you to identify your preferred corporate capabilities using your corporate goals as well as your vision, mission and values.

We align your job roles to identify what good looks like at each level in the structure.

Then we input your staff data, using their job roles as the basis.

Then it is up to you - using your preferred rating system, managers select their chosen outcome for each individual.

The reporting data is then ready whenever you are.  Exportable and printable.  You just need to add your commentary.
