Our factor based job evaluation scheme, KPlan, allows you to develop a fair and unbiased approach to job evaluation. It measures everything from the skills required to undertake a role, through to the impact of the role in dealing with clients, and even the nature of the environment in which the work is undertaken.  

All we need is a job description/task list and an understanding of your organisation structure. We can even provide a questionnaire to save you writing a job description.

Our consultants are trained evaluators who can undertake evaluations on an ad-hoc or project basis, or support you with training to undertake your own evaluations in-house.
